Terms & Conditions:

• All prices mentioned in the tariff are exclusive of taxes. Luxury Tax on Room tariff, VAT on Food & Beverages, and corresponding Service Tax  applicable as per State-wise Government Regulations.
• Rates are valid for both Indian and Foreign nationals.
• Rates are in Indian Rupees.
• Kindly make all the payment in favour of “Khanhan Beach Resort Pvt. Ltd”.
• Check-in time is 13.00hrs Check-out time is 11.00hrs.
• As per the Government of India’s security regulations, it is mandatory for all guests to show an identity proof (passport for foreigners) at the time of check-in. Please do ensure that you carry this with you.
• Personal food and beverages are not permitted.
• No charge for children below 6 years and half rates for children below 12.
• Breakfast is included in the room rent.
• Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00hrs, lunch from 12:30 to 14:30hrs and dinner from 19.30 to 21:30 hrs
• There are special charges for Christmas, and New Year. Please do contact our Sales Offices for further information.
• All payments for FIT’S should be made at least 30 days prior to check-in and for GIT at least 45 days  prior to check-in; failing which bookings will stand cancel without any notice.
• Accommodation of one tour leader free for 12 paying Pax.
• Group rates will apply from 12 paying Pax.
• June & July closed due to maintenance work.
• To bring the pets are not allowed in the resort.
